  • If you wish to end a booked Razz Activity with us after the cancellation period or, where you are not entitled to the cancellation period, you may do so provided you give us at least 6 weeks prior written notice as per our terms and conditions. Please send this to the Principal as per the email address at the end of this form. Please note that this notice period will not apply where you have attended a complimentary class only, and have told us that you do not wish to continue, or where you have booked to attend Razz Tots or Tiny Tots. A copy of our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy is available to view on request. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings. We reserve the right to dismiss any student for constant disruptive behaviour. It is occasionally necessary to change the time and/or venue of a Razz Activity. This will only be done if absolutely necessary and Razzamataz will do its best to keep class times and locations as similar as possible but unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed. Dates and times of Summer schools and Easter schools are released in advance on your local Razzamataz website. In the event of the pandemic causing a regional closure & we are unable to provide our service in person we will facilitate this ONLINE
    “Medication - must be approved by the Principal in advance of the session, any medication left on the school premises must be clearly labelled. As per the Razzamataz medication policy and procedure, neither Principals nor staff can administer any medication. If your child/ren requires medication during their class time they must be able to administer it themselves, or have a parent be on site to assist them.
    Periodically we may take photographs/films of children/parents/guardians taking part in our classes. These are purely for Razzamataz Theatre Schools promotional materials both online and offline. You may withdraw consent by writing or by emailing us directly using the contact details shown at the bottom of this form.
    We would like to contact you with details of other exciting new Razzamataz offers/services/competitions/events/ promotions and products from time to time.
    We also work with lots of other people and businesses and may come across products and services which we think you may like to hear about.
  • By submission of this form I agree to the terms and conditions available to view on our website at www.razzamataz.co.uk/parents-terms-and-conditions/ Our privacy policy can be found in the footer of this page.
  • Where you have not already attended a class with us before and are completing and submitting this application form without having had a face to face meeting with us (but not otherwise) then you have the right to cancel your registration with us within a period of 14 days from the day after your application form or telephone booking (if applicable) was accepted by us and, receive a full refund of the sums paid by you except where the class/school you have registered for has commenced and at your request we have agreed you can attend within the cancellation period of 14 days. In these circumstances you agree that you have waived your right to a full refund should you still choose to cancel during this 14 day cancellation period. Instead you are only entitled to a refund less the cost of those classes which have completed at the date you gave us notice to cancel. If you have not yet paid the full price for the completed classes you will remain liable to pay these to us. To cancel you can email or write to us at the school address shown at the bottom of this form, or you can use our model cancellation form which can be viewed at https://razzamataz.co.uk/cancellation
